Thank you for your purchase. All products sold through TheClash.uk are digital goods delivered instantly to your Minecraft account. If you have not yet received your purchase, or your item was not delivered due to a technical fault on our end, you may be eligible for a refund. Please see below for more information.
RETURNS
As all purchases are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, no physical return is required. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and will only be considered if the item was not delivered to your account.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a refund, please email us at info@theclash.uk with your order ID/transaction number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the delivery status of your purchase and respond within 3 business days.
REFUNDS
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method within five (5) business days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the amount to appear on your statement.
EXCEPTIONS
If your purchased rank, item, or in-game currency was delivered incorrectly or is not functioning as described, please contact us at info@theclash.uk. We will make every effort to correct the issue. Under EU Directive 2019/771, digital goods carry a two-year conformity warranty — if a product is not functioning as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the withdrawal waiver.
